【YOHJI YAMAMOTO / モード写真】
この度、代官山ヒルサイドフォーラムにて、株式会社ヨウジヤマモト主催「YOHJI YAMAMOTO / モード写真」展が開催されます。日本芸術写真協会は、当展に企画協力いたします。

30年前のものでも新しく見える、時代を感じさせない山本耀司の服は、様々なファッション写真家達の眼をとおして世に送り出されてきました。モード写真界に新風を吹き込んだ Nick Knight（ニック・ナイト）, Craig McDean（クレイグ・マクディーン）, David Sims（デヴィッド・シムズ）, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin（イネス・ヴァン・ラムスウィールド&ヴィノード・マタディン）, Peter Lindbergh（ピーター・リンドバーグ）, Max Vadukul（マックス・ヴァドゥクル）や、国内外で活躍する日本人写真家では田原桂一、広川泰士、山本豊らが、山本耀司とのコラボレートによるキャンペーン写真を手掛けています。

本展では、こうした写真家達のオリジナルプリントやポスターなどを一同に展示。さらには、ヴ ィム・ヴェンダース（Wim Wenders）によるドキュメンタリー作品やランウェイをもとに制作された映像作品、伝説として今でも語り継がれている1999年のウエディングコレクションなど、写真、映像、音楽の領域を横断し、常に時代のその先へと広がる山本耀司のクリエイションを紹介します。

【YOHJI YAMAMOTO / Mode Photo】
We are pleased to announce you that the Yohji Yamamoto Inc. will hold the exhibition YOHJI YAMAMOTO / Mode Photo that is coordinated by FAPA.

Whether it would be from 30 years before, Yohji Yamamotoʼs clothes look current and do not exude a sense of time. His work has been put forth to the world through the lenses of a range of fashion photographers. Among them are Nick Knight, who brought a breath of fresh air into the world of mode photography, Craig McDean, David Sims, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Peter Lindbergh, and Max Vadukul. Japanese photographers who have worked domestic and internationally are Keiichi Tahara, Yasushi Hirokawa and Yutaka Yamamoto, all worked together with Yohji Yamamoto for advertising photography.

This exhibition will show the original prints and posters of these photographers together in one place. The runway videos from every Paris Collection, including the legendary wedding dress from 1999 (seen for the first time in Japan) will also be shown. Yohji Yamamotoʼs creation that has always been at the forefront of every period will be shown across a range of mediums including photography, videography and music.
